![]() The apartments are on the border between Old Town and New Town, thus being ideally located for sightseeing in both of those areas, and it is also not too far from the river, where there is a path suitable for going running. An upper floor apartment may suit people who are disturbed by noise, but bear in mind that this means more stairs to negotiate. There was some noise from the downstairs bar on a couple of nights, but it ceased by about 10 or 11pm and wasn’t a problem, and we also had some noise from people walking on the wooden floor of the apartment above us. The shower is quite small, but better than some we have experienced. It has a bar fridge and kitchen sink, with some crockery and cutlery provided. We availed ourselves of the continental breakfast on our first morning and it was very good, and more than we could eat. He also operates the café/bar in the apartment building and serves an excellent coffee and selection of scrumptious cakes. We were met by Martin, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the Polish Chamber on the 2nd floor of the building (no elevator). We stayed 4 nights at the Duval Apartments.
